Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Window Decals Return and Exchange Policy:
1) Because every window sticker is made to order (made especially for you!), we are unable to accept Exchanges or Returns.
2) Sirface Windows only accepts Exchanges or Returns IF the window sticker has been damaged OR if there is something wrong with the product (wrong colour, size, etc).
3) In case of damage or wrong size/colour, Sirface will offer to send a free replacement promptly and buyer can decide to accept or ask for a refund instead.
4) All Exchanges must be authorised within 30 days of original purchase date by a Sirface Windows team member.
5) Express Shipping fees are NOT refundable in any circumstance.
6) Although we are a UK company, all the Exchanges or Returns must be shipped to our warehouse location in PORTUGAL, not the UK offices. You may use any shipping method to send the product back to us.
7) We offer a free sample service for large (bulk) orders to make sure the client will be happy to proceed with the final order.
8) Sample Window Decals and Sample Colour Charts are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
